Does it vibrate in neutral not driving..?? Im not sure on the flywheel from the 283. but flywheels and harmonic balancers should be consistent with the engine ur running. if you didnt change the transmission or bellhousing mounts id think the driveline would be ok.. Unless you changed the motor mounts on front and have changed the driveline angularity, which would show up as a driveline vibration. uhhhhhhhh Just because something will fit, meaning bolt up,,,doesnt make it right... hehehe i think thats why they use engineers designin them things rather than us farmer engineers....LOL....
