The engine mounts where offset on a 292 if it ever had a 292 in it there would be evidence of the perch being bolted in the forward set of holes. The data plate on the left kick panel could have the engine info on it, earlier years did but not sure when they stopped it, They left the factory with a sticker on the inside of the glovebox door that listed all the options if it had an optional engine in it then it would be specified on the sticker.
