MiraclePieCo 'Bolter M Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 678 OR	My cowl vent is welded shut. Side vent too. The wiper system from Classic Parts is pretty efficient, but it is braced off the cowl vent arm assembly. 1951 Chevy Panel Truck
