Want to swap my oil bath type for an aftermarket flat round paper filter type. My Rochester neck is 2 5/8" diameter and I can get an adapter for a larger neck filter but how does it stay on. The flat round filters all seem to have a bolt thru the center which comes I presume, from the carb. Mine doesn't. There is a bolt on the oil bath filter but that holds the unit together and there is a clamp on the neck to hold it to the carb. Am i missing something here?
