I have never worked on a '47, but looking at your pics, the hole in the dash does not look to be at all correct by '49-'53 standards.
The ignition switch bracket is not correct by '49-'53 standards.
You need some input from someone who has an unmolested '47 to verify 100% whether the '47 is unique. I have my doubts that it would be different.
