Great work! One small suggestion- - - -since the way to break the bond of Loctite on a part is to heat it to 500+ degrees, using it on an exhaust manifold accomplishes nothing. Normal running temp there would be 1000 degrees or more under load. The tapered pipe thread will be sufficient to hold the bushing in place without locking compound if it's tightened sufficiently. I've fabricated heat riser parts from stainless steel at times which assures a long lifespan in a very hostile environment.
