Put both outside boards in place and measure between the mounting holes. If they're 46" apart, you've got a 1/2 ton bed kit, or at least drilled to fit on a 1/2 ton.
I would lay everything out on the ground and send the supplier photos of what you have, with tape measures showing the critical dimensions. If they messed up, they should make it right for you.
