Yes, it has the center mounts. I think there is tightening nut and bolt missing off the center piece though. I saw the thread where you gave your measurements. That helps. Could you take a picture of the dog bone mounted on the truck?
I wanted to read the install instructions if someone has them to make sure I have everything and how to adjust and install it correctly.
My visor came disassembled. If anyone knows what holes they used on the metal rods, that would help me on the width adjustment.
