Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 6 Member | | Member Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 6 | The only part I had was the spline for the Hydra-Matic trans. so the drive shaft was all new they machined the yokes, balanced and installed new universal joints. I was able to get a drive shaft length from a GMC parts book and it cost $220 to have it done ,$120 of the cost was labor. Now this was done two years ago. If you can find a drive shaft close it sure would save you some money but if you have a driveshaft cut and balanced I am sure the labor cost would be up there.
