my mistake, the part number 499533 is only the bushing, and you need the whole shackle
the classicparts and LMCtruck parts i mention above should work,
they use the carriage bolt to hold together and are meant to be a replacement for the part number 3847460 that Griggs suggested
the front shackle for the larger older trucks is 2 inches wide
it is the same shackle for the smaller trucks REAR spring which is also 2 inches wide, we can follow the part numbers and see it's the same one listed in many books for various locations on different trucks.
