the original speaker goes up on the roof by the rear view mirror - you can get a pair that fits in the original location - thats what I did - but it doesn't sound all that great
the jack is held in place with a spring
the jack crank goes up on the gas tank
i can send you pictures of the other stuff when I get home from work if no one else has before then.
