on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 148 Member | | Member Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 148 | i am restoring/rodding a 59 chevy 1-ton. i don't plan to really haul with it, and at most pull a 5000 lb. trailer so payload and towing capacity are not a major concern.
i am buying a 77 nova for parts and i had a few questions. i will be using the rear end and engine from it, and i may or may not use the th350 tranny.
i was planning on going to a ifs with discs up front, and wanted to knw if i could use the clip from the nova. how involved is this procedure?
this is my first frame-off so my welding skills are at the novice level, but i know some experienced welders who could help. if it is feasable that i could do it instead of buying a mustang II it would save me a bunch of money.
