^^^^^^^^^^Plus if the current rear end is in good working order............the bearing can be reused.
Following the DEVE instructions......
Bolt on the new ring gear to the carrier. No need to place the side bearing if they are good.
Slip off the pinion bearings off the old pinion , reuse the bearing. Often a press is not needed.
Set the pinion depth with new shims.
Set the gear backlash with the side bearing adjustment.
