You've got too many filters. One is enough. Every time you add a place for gasoline vapors (NOT air) to collect, you make the fuel pump work harder. Eliminate all the filters except maybe the one at the carb, and your problems will minimize. It's normal to have to choke a cold engine and crank it for a few seconds, especially if has not been run in a few days. A well-tuned engine should start within 5-10 seconds of cranking unless the gas lines are bone dry for some reason.
