All States have statues that prohibit modifying anything from stock. Do they enforce it, sometimes, when they want to. Taillights and brake lights, by law, must be red. Not blue or purple as the Blue Dots.
BTW, I have them on my ‘62 C-10, but I’m prepared to fork over the fine if I get a ticket.
