Check out what was done to my pickup (before I bought it) ... you can see pics, etc. at my site (link below my sig).
They put a 30-gallon tank where the old spare tire mount was, under the bed, in the back, and installed a good strong bumper - welded to the frame - for added safety. Looks like they bent the filler tube creatively and got it to go to a real nice filler-door in the rear pasenger-side fender.
