GUESSING you mean WA-1 instead of MA-1.
If so:
Carter made a bunch of different type WA-1 carbs; would need tag number to determine settings.
If the tag is missing, have the following at hand when you call:
(A) the carburetor
(B) wire brush
(C) straight blade screwdriver
(D) Phillips screwdriver (probably not needed, but nice to have everything if needed)
(D) pencil eraser
(E) strong light
(F) strong magnifying glass
(G) most importantly, a pair of young eyes.
Hopefully, the tag will be present, and the above list will be moot.
