Only problem I remember with that swap was that although it was theright body style truck for you, they used a "rear steer" early Nova clip-WRONG!! hard to hook up steering, no disc brakes, poor suspension geometry, etc. Fortunately, you have the late 70's Firebird clip-much better suited to the job.
