| Crusing in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 5,096 | Any appropriately sized bolt will do, head bolts are fine if overhauling engine, manifold bolts are fine too, but will tilt engine unless hooked on both sides. Rocker cover bolts are pushing it, if not extremely careful-remove rocker cover, make sure bolts are threaded deep enough, spreader bar to only pull strait up.
