If you saw my welcome post I explained what I had but long story short, I bought a basket case, 82 c10 frame and drivetrain/running gear and a 1951- 5 window body. I got everything running and drove it last week for the first time around the cul-de-sac. Issue now is due to the wider frame and the large front tires it has on it, the fender is right on the tire almost. It clears but barely. It has 225/75/15 tires on it now so I was thinking of downsizing to a 205/70/15, do y'all think this will do the trick or should I take a more drastic approach like narrowing the front end. Also things I need to do is adjust the doors and the hood as well to make it latch better. See the picture and let me know what you think.
