The standard “bolt in 4 speed” is 1st gear crawler 2-3-4 are pretty much the same as the 3 speed ............no overdrive 4th gear.
Modern Tremec 5 speed would get overdrive........but requires modifications etc.. google Tremec 5 speed for hours of reading.
