Before you accept any money or sign anything, make sure that if they "total" your truck that it doesn't end up with a "salvage title"...that would open another whole can of worms.
It's hard to believe that 3,000 pound car had enough energy to push your 10,000 pound truck 30' off the road AND bend the frame.
