Yea, you need to turn "T" bolts over, nuts go on top. Looks good other than that. I didn't put my springs in till I was almost done with the truck. I measured and cut a piece of (I think 5")thick wall PVC pipe, and set in place of spring ,to set everything to proper ride height, then finished building truck. It seemed easier setting up drive line when everything is at proper level? I had same problem, Good luck, looks like a nice job.
