There is a blue bow-tie in the center of the hub cap; and, inside the blue bow-tie is a gray bow-tie. The blue bow-tie is recessed into the cap, and, the gray bow-tie has a raised/embossed border. This reproduction stainless/chrome hub cap has the same type of embossment and raised center. | | |
