I've only bought one set of Edelbrock aluminum heads for a street rod build but I was impressed with the quality of the port, bowl and combustion chamber machining. As the article points out the power potential is in the heads so why not start out with some good ones instead of investing in trying to improve a decades old, hopelessly obsolete design?
