Thank you very much for posting that pic. It is a great example that vendors do not have a clue on some of their parts. This is an LMC Truck part number. In 2005 they listed it as a one year only decal, 1967. In 2015 they listed it as 62-66. Today 38-0076 is no longer in the catalog.
In the TF era, NAPCO used mostly Spicer 23 T case, with a few T221's. In 1960 GM chose T221 for factory 4X4, but a few Spicer 23's were made. So for those trucks, there are two different shift patterns/decals possible. The shift lever is right of 4 sp for Spicer 23 and left of 4 sp for Rockwell-Timken T-221. That's why you will see 4X4's in early 60-61 with them on either side.
