The existing metal/felt window channel (I believe it to be original) only runs to the top of the window on my 38 truck. At the radius of the window and across the top, the channel appears to become solid felt. I need to replace the channel but all I see for replacement material is the flexible steel/fuzzy channel. Should I just us that material in a continuous run up the back,over the top, and down the front?
