At least for 1952-54. Maybe earlier, though I did not see it listed on 48-51 specs. I know some pages are missing from some of the scans he made.
I don't know if Keith is actively doing that now. His webpage shows last updated in May 2015. We should all appreciate his work in collecting and publishing this info. It's been invaluable to me a few times... Thanks Keith!
