For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 2 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 2 | ok, well I just bought a rusted up truck, 56 chevy stepside, I'll be fixing the body but the frame is badly bent/cracked. I would love to be able to buy a suburban/blazer/s10 or something and just put the body on it. that way I'd get the engine, tranny, axles, power steering... is this possible, I've heard of it being done with a 52 truck to a s10 longbed, but this is a tf so quite different. Anyone know what fits? Easyer the better as I know nothing about this stuff. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanx.
