Your lights look like they could be restored. Start with a soda blast to clean all the rust, then fill pits with body putty sand and prime. Use JB Weld to fill rust holes. You could cut new gaskets from sheet rubber. You can buy inside of the light socket from almost any parts store or pull from another socket.
