If you are talking about the 4-speed non-synchronized transmission with reverse lockout, Jim Carter has them. They are his part number MET137. Document by camera the orientation of the broken spring, then grind off the rivet holding the spring. Replace spring and use a bolt, rivet screw or rivet to replace the rivet you just removed. I had a blacksmith make me a rivet the last time I had to do this so it would look sort of original.
