When I obtained the head, it had the bolts and had been run in an early Angelia into the 10s in the quarter mile by a friend of mine. After I got the head, I removed the bolts, one came out funky and really messed up the threads and the bolt. So to correct, I sort of did the modification as suggested by HHL, just further down into the injector port. If you pull the bolts, you will see the port narrows down and that is where you can run threads and run a hex plug down to the roof, and then blend into the roof, if you want to do that.
