I have a pair of the chrome headlight visors. You can see what I am talking about in the LMC catalog linked here:

How do you install them? Do they go between the lamp and the retaining ring? Or do they go between the retaining ring and the trim ring? Do you have to throw away the seals that fit into the trim ring?

The arc of the visor doesn't really fit either option. Do they have to be bent slightly?
