Is it really that hard to find reputable sellers with (reasonable?) prices?

I would say about 1 or 2 percent of the time. Not just evilbay but also that kijiji and the others.
Not to mention "garage sales" that I've stayed away from for a long time. I call them garbage sales.
I think its all overpriced (badly) used cr#p.
That's what I've mostly seen, anyway.
