| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,440 Bolter | | Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,440 | Broke down many a bead back in the day with a old style ratchet bumper jack. Lay the tire down on the ground and position the foot plate next to the rim edge and jack the car/truck up. May have to spin it once but they always came loose. Can't buy those jacks as easily as you used to. I like Allen's idea now that I'm more mature and look for easier ways to do stuff. Plus, I get to play with my tractor.
