About 18 years ago:
I heat-gun-scraped the old linoleum off my Suburban's rear floor.
This took many hours, and many well-chosen-words, and many beers.
After making a paper pattern (for the overall perimeter, and for all of the holes for the seat-base-clamps), I cut a piece of black linoleum from Battleship Linoleum and laid it out on the floor (paint the perimeter of the plywood to match the linoleum.
Please note that the linoleum sheet has to be wider than 48".
It looks good - only one of us might know that it is not the appearance of the original floor (which had grooved linoleum).
Every 3-4 years, I check with linoleum sellers the North America for thicker linoleum. I have not found any, yet.
