I am not sure that it is a Holden cab. The spacing of the hinges is too far apart. However the hinge distance on something like Chevrolet G506 could be a match. The bonnet of the Jim Carter Chevrolet is a one piece that is hinged to lift up towards the windscreen. The civilian Chevrolets had centre hinged bonnets that when both sides were folded up from a central piano style hinge like in this photographed accessed - Richards Auto Sales 14th October 2018 from [img]http://richardsclassiccars.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/007.jpg[/img] The side panel of the bonnet/hood is also louvered in the Jim Carter photo.
