I am not as familiar with the your truck, as I am with an AD truck. But with the AD truck knob, you have to carefully drill out the back of the pin, that is in the handle. Then you can put the handle on a flat service, like vise. You can then take a small rubber hammer and tap the new knob and pin assembly into the hole in the handle. Hopefully that is how your works.
