Yes, look at most of the big name venders in the above links. The replacement ends are sealed and have a straight shaft the drops right in where the old studs are now. It take a some effort to get the old ones out, requires a drill, hammer, and vise, you will never get them out while still on the truck. These are direct replacement once the old ones have been removed.
