Update: Got my cabover legal, running 'year of manufacture' plates on the outside with a 'horseless carriage' plate in the glove box. GVW is 7060 lbs. Having fun driving around the neighborhood. Next big trip will a 5 day road trip/camping excursion in the Eastern Plains of Colorado.
