I have a Better Business Bureau arbitration inspection scheduled for 2:00 PM. It should take about an hour. This one could be one of those problems caused by "friction"- - - - -a car payment rubbing up against a warranty. Some folks get tired of paying for a vehicle they can't afford and start dreaming up imaginary problems so they can undo the deal. There's nothing on the agenda but a trip home after that, so my schedule is very flexible. I'll PM my cell phone number if you don't have it already.
