I saw the reference to Chrysler's slant six and can't help but add the Super Six, same slanted 225 with a 2 barrel carb instead of the single.. had one of those and man it wouldn't die, even when abused in a field car for 2 years using pond water coolant (which did freeze bending but not popping the frost plug) and just enough oil to show on the dipstick
