Well the fuel pump was froze as was the starter. Starter was taken off and tapped on and boosted until it began working freely. Fuel pump was well as all lines and inline filter were replaced, local NAPA had what I needed on the shelf. After some encouragement she will turn over crank and purr like a kitten.
