Had the same problem on mine. It had an electric fuel pump installed at the time. Took that out and put in a new mechanical unit. Still leaked at the carb. Read somewhere about installing an inline pressure regulator on the fuel line to the carb. Got a pretty chrome one at the local auto parts store with a dial-in gauge on top. Put it inline with the carb and set it for 2.5 psi. Works like a champ and looks pretty too. Think is was made by Puralator. | | |
