Looking at the front fender extensions that rivet to the fender there are staples punched through the fender extension as if there should be a seal there between the ext and the front of the fender. There wasn't one there when I tore everything apart a couple years ago. Should there be a seal there and if so what seal is it? I don't see anything on any of the usual parts sites for this area.
