Send the rods to Jerry Hotrod Lincoln. He claims that he converts them to insert bearing rods for further use. I suspect that he just hoards them, but I have no proof of that.
The crankshaft and camshaft may seem like junk until someone needs one due to a spun bearing or needs a cam for a regrind. I have some of those in my possession for no other reason than posterity purposes. If someone should ever need them, they will be free of charge.
