A vacuum gauge is always great to have, and I'll probably put one in myself at some point. Putting a tee fitting for the wipers, and the gauge on the vac port below the carb would be the best spot for the line. Or you could maybe even tee the vacuum line under the dash off of the wiper hose vac circuit.
