Thanks, Chuck. My rubber is not bonded to the metal. It has two thin rubber pieces, each about 3/16" thick wedged in there with two bolts going through. It has a slight gap but I can't get a third rubber spacer in there. So your recollection is pretty accurate. I'm just snugging it up and not going to worry about it. | | |
