I just joined this forum today, and am already in love with it. I have always loved Chevy 6s, and have owned several, starting with a 1951 in high school. My passions are old Chevy trucks and old Indian motorcycles. I restored my 1940 half ton several years ago, and still drive it regularly. My daily driver is a 1969 C20 with a 250 engine. My current project is a 1953 half ton which probably belongs in a scrap yard, but I'm gonna try to get it back on the road anyway. I'm far from an expert, and certainly not a pro, but have always tried to do my own work on the old vehicles. I'm excited about tapping into the collective knowledge and experience on this site, and hope that I can someday contribute an idea or two of my own. I'm not really opposed to mods and customs, but as for me I try to keep everything stock and original as possible.
