Maybe under a mat, underlayment or carpet. Removed from inside cab. Two on back sill removed from exterior. They fall under the gas tank. You will find the heads under the rear cab mounts.
Can use a engine crane to lift the cab. Nudge the crane arm up against a 4x4 running across the cab, door opening to door opening. lift up from the inside. Are the doors and glass installed or off? I would be careful if the doors are on. pad and maybe distribute the wt across the 4x4 so you dont ding up the window opening.
Put the cab on a 4 wheeled dolly. Dimensioned slightly smaller than the 4 cab bolt holes. Then run 2 2x4s across with holes aligned with cab bolt holes. That way you can fasten the cab to the dolly with long bolts and washers. Have to make it tall enough to keep cab corners off the floor. I used 2x10s on edge, gussets in corners and then added the wheels. Works great. | | |
